Parsley Cream


Add a spoonful or two of this to a creamy soup or pasta sauce –and you’ll transform it into a lusciously sublime creation!

1/2 c. goat cheese, room temperature (ok to use tightly packed crumbles)

3 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley

2 Tbsp. heavy cream

Whisk together and add a dollop to your favorite creamy soup or sauce.
