Grilled Chicken with Strawberry Sauce


This is light and easy; perfect for a summertime dinner on the patio.

Brush chicken breasts with olive oil; season lightly with salt and pepper.

Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes per side, until internal temperature is 170°F, and serve drizzled with the sauce.

Strawberry Sauce

Blend together:

1/2 cup strawberries, crushed

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Optional:

Add a bit of honey (to your taste)

or

1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, fine chopped (or 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed)
