Chard and Strawberry Salad

2 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2-1 tsp. honey, optional
1 bunch chard, leaves only– use scissors to cut in thin strips
2 Tbsp. crumbled feta or goat cheese
½ cup sliced strawberries
2-3 Tbsp. chopped toasted almonds or hazelnuts
Whisk together vinegar, oil, and honey (if using). Combine chard, cheese and strawberries in a bowl, and toss with dressing and nuts. Note: you may not need all of the dressing.
