Butter Sauteed Kohlrabi
1-2 kohlrabi, chopped in 1/2” -3/4” cubes
1-2 Tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil
Steam kohlrabi for about 5 - 8 minutes, until just barely fork tender (not soft).
Melt butter in saute pan, add kohlrabi, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, without stirring, until the kohlrabi is browned on one side. Stir and cook a 1-2 min. more. Serve right away, garnished with basil.
