Super Simple Steamed Kohlrabi

Cut kohlrabi into 1/4” thick rounds and steam until just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Toss in a bowl with a little butter, a squeeze of lemon juice and generous sprinkling of snipped chives. Season with salt and pepper.
