Cabbage, Pea, and Radish Slaw


Crunchy, fresh and delicious!

Combine in a bowl:

1/2 c. sugar snap or snow peas

4-6 radishes, cut into matchsticks (slice rounds, then quarter the rounds)

1/2 c. shredded green or red cabbage

1/2 c. fresh peas (or frozen)

Whisk together and toss into salad:

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar

1/2 tsp. maple syrup

Salt and pepper
