Cantaloupe, Cucumber & Berry Soup

Sweet, cool, and delicious!

6 cups cubed cantaloupe

1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced

1 cup fresh blueberries

2 Tbsp. sour cream, or plain yogurt

1/3 cup orange juice

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. lime juice

2 Tbsp. honey

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. salt

Place melon and cucumber in a blender and puree until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve cold with a small handful of blueberries and a sprig of mint as garnish.
