Basil Baked Carrots
Simple and tasty!
1/2 lb. carrots, sliced diagonally about 1/2” thick
1 Tbsp. snipped basil (or cut into thin chiffonade ribbons)
1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter and toss with carrots, basil and salt to your taste. Bake, covered, in a
lightly greased baking dish for about 15 minutes, or until the carrots are crisp-tender.
