Cabbage and Noodles


A surprisingly delicious combination.

1 c. raw egg noodles, crumbled

5-6 c. shredded cabbage

1/4 c. chopped mild onion

3 Tbsp. butter

Cook noodle pieces until soft, about 7-8 minutes. Drain.

Gently saute the cabbage and onion in butter until soft and browned.

Toss with the cooked noodles, and a little more butter if needed.
