Radish Apple Salsa


Very good with poultry or shrimp; add to a wrap, taco, or tortilla.

If using black radishes or another extra spicy variety, you may wish to cut back the radish quantity.

Combine:

1 c. finely diced radish

1 c. finely diced peeled apple

1 Tbsp. minced hot pepper, optional (for those who like it spicy)

½ clove garlic, minced or pressed

½ tsp. minced fresh ginger

1 tsp. honey

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
