Spicy Sauteed Broccoli
1 head of broccoli, including stalks, cut into 1” pieces
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely minced or pressed
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (or more if you like spicier)
2 tsp. lemon juice
Zest from one lemon
1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Saute the broccoli in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add garlic and red pepper and saute another minute to toast the garlic. Transfer to serving bowl. Whisk together the lemon juice, zest, and bread crumbs; toss into the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
