Radish Vinaigrette


This has a wonderful bit of texture, so it's really good tossed with a raw veggie salad, or into a greens and grain bowl.

1/4 c. radishes, rough chopped

2 tsp. red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. honey

1/8 tsp. Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper

Combine all in a food processor -mini sized, if you have one. Pulse several seconds, but leave some coarse radish bits.
