Roasted Bok Choy


Simple and delicious.

Cut a bunch of bok choy in half or quarters lengthwise. Brush all sides thoroughly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast in a preheated 375 oven for about 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces) until nicely browned.

Can also be grilled or skillet sauteed.
