Greens and Fruit Breakfast Salad


A beautiful, and deliciously healthy, way to start the day!

Pile rough-torn, bite-sized pieces of leafy greens on a plate.

Add sliced fresh fruit (or dried fruit) of your choice.

Scatter with granola, nuts, and/or seeds

Drizzle with Yogurt Vinaigrette

Yogurt Vinaigrette

Whisk together:

1/4 c. (2 oz.) sweetened vanilla yogurt (or flavor of your choice)*

2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

*If you use unsweetened yogurt, add a wee drizzle of honey
