Curry Veggie Dip
This dip is especially good with brassica vegetables such as kohlrabi, radish, broccoli stems, cauliflower
Makes 1/2 c.
1/4 c. drained plain yogurt (or sour cream)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. honey, optional
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. minced onion (or onion powder)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. horseradish sauce, optional
Whisk together and enjoy!
