Pickled Onion


Super easy, yet extra special for your burgers, tacos, wraps!

Combine in a bowl, and allow to marinate in the refrigerator 20-30 minutes:

3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. honey

Dash salt

1/3 - 1/2 c. very thin red onion slivers

Will keep for several days.
