Basic Roasted Asparagus

1 bunch of asparagus (tough ends trimmed)

1 Tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper
Lemon wedges, optional
Preheat oven to 375° F.

Place asparagus in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil, rolling asparagus to coat all sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake about 8-10 minutes, or until crisp tender and slightly browned.

Serve with lemon wedges on the side if desired.
