Easy Peasy Sugar Snap Peas

Super simple, and delightful with your favorite herb!
Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a sauté pan. Add approx.1/2 lb. peas; cook at med-high heat for 1 min. Peas should be bright green and crisp-tender.
Sprinkle and toss with salt, pepper and your favorite snipped herb.
