Grilled Spring Onion Relish

Yummy served with burgers, brats, or any grill meat of your choice.
6 spring onions, trimmed
Olive oil
Salt
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. honey
Set gas grill on medium-high heat. Brush each onion with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill just until they start to brown and get a little soft.
Remove the onions from the grill, and slice into 1”-2” pieces.
Combine vinegar and honey and toss with the onions. Enjoy!
