Lettuce, Radish, and Blue Cheese Salad


This is a very tasty salad. In the past, I have substituted the chives in the salad with garlic scapes, and eliminated the garlic in the dressing. Was a delicious alternative!

Dressing:

1/4 c. mayonnaise

1/4 c. buttermilk

2 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. Worcester sauce

1 tsp. pressed garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Salad:

1-2 small heads of tender lettuce, cut into wedges

1/4 c. chopped celery

1/4 c. chopped radish

2-3 Tbsp. blue cheese

1-2 Tbsp. snipped chives

Whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Place lettuce on serving plates and sprinkle with celery, radish, blue cheese and chives. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
