Mint Cucumber Water


Refreshing!
Trim the long stems off a handful of washed mint leaves. Rub them firmly between your fingers to release their essence and put into a pitcher of water. Add a few slices of cucumber (I use about half a cucumber). Chill for a little while to allow the flavors to blend.
If you don’t have mint, “plain” cucumber water is wonderfully refreshing too!
Also good with several small wedges of lemon added.
