Easy-Peasy Ground Beef Tacos

Satisfying dinner in a snap!
Combine in a skillet:
1 lb. lean organic ground beef
An ample splash of lime juice
An ample pinch red pepper flakes (to your taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt
Cook, stirring often, until ground beef is browned and completely done.
Add: 3 c. shredded cabbage and cook on low for a 2-3 minutes more, until the cabbage is just wilted, but still crisp-tender.
Warm 8 corn tortillas or taco shells, and fill with ground beef-cabbage mixture.
If you wish, add toppings such as: avocado, sour cream, hot sauce
