Light Asian Vinaigrette

This dressing is delicious with mixed greens or cabbage salad with veggies like broccoli bits, matchstick carrots, snap peas, radishes, and green onions.
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar 1 Tbsp. sesame oil 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional) 1 Tbsp. honey (add more to taste if you wish) 1 tsp. soy sauce (according to your taste)
Whisk all together and keep refrigerated.
