Grilled Green Onion Relish

Serve with burgers, brats, or grill meat of your choice.
4 green onions, trimmed
Olive oil
Salt
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp. honey
Set gas grill on medium-high heat. Brush each onion with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill just until they start to brown and get a little soft.
Remove and slice into 1”-2” pieces.
Combine vinegar and honey and toss with the onions.
