Garlic Ginger Cabbage

Very basic, tasty side dish. Use leftovers for fish tacos!

1 small head green or savoy cabbage, shredded 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. ginger, minced Lime Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in large skillet until hot. Add cabbage and stir fry until it just starts to wilt. (Don’t overcook) Add garlic and cook 1 min., then add ginger and cook 1 min. more. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.

For variation, add cooked shrimp, julienned carrot, and/or sweet peppers.
