Garlic-Soy Green Beans

Simple and tasty.

2 Tbsp. peanut oil (or other high-heat oil)

2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Heat oil over high heat in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute until golden, about 30 seconds.

Add the beans and saute until crisp-tender, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and toss to coat the beans. Taste and add a splash more soy sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
