Roasted Green Beans

Delicious, healthy snack, appetizer, or side dish
1 lb. green beans 1 tablespoon olive oil (just enough to lightly coat beans) 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 –1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. shredded parmesan
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash, dry, and trim green beans. Toss all ingredients and spread onto a rimmed parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning after 15 minutes, until beans are fairly brown in spots and somewhat shriveled.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
