Storage

Keep apples refrigerated in a perforated plastic bag with one or two damp paper towels inside, tucked among the apples. Check the paper towels occasionally to make sure they haven’t dried out.

Note: you can make your own perforated plastic bag simply by poking holes in a non-perforated one.

Apples should keep for at least a couple of weeks, some varieties will keep for a couple of months.
