Curried Confetti Coleslaw

A delicious change from your typical coleslaw!

Whisk together dressing:

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. plain yogurt or sour cream

2 tsp. milk

1/4 tsp. curry powder

Combine in a bowl, then toss in the dressing:

3 c. shredded cabbage

1 c. grated carrots and/or chopped sweet peppers, optional

1/3 c. dried cranberries

1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Season with salt and pepper to taste
