Fig Vinaigrette

Sweet and earthy, perfect on an autumn or winter salad.

Will dress a salad for 2

Whisk together:

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp. fig jam

Variation

Whisk together:

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. rice or apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. fig jam

1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

2-3 tsp. chopped green onion

1/8 - 1/4 tsp. curry powder (to your taste)
