Roasted Cabbage

This is a really simple and delicious way to enjoy cabbage! We especially love this method with Napa cabbage, but any variety will do. A super easy side dish that's so tasty!

Preheat oven to 400. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (or lightly grease the sheet).

Slice cabbage in half, long wedges, or thick "steak" slices and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil (add a bit of garlic to the oil, if you wish). Season with salt and pepper.

Roast for 10-15 minutes, (depending on size), until nicely browned. Turn once, if you want to more evenly brown.
